Project Finance Application

This project aims to prepare learners to excel in finance departments of large companies or financial advisory organizations. Team projects will be based on assessing the debt/loan funding requirements of a company for new capital expenditure. Working in teams of 4-5, learners will do an in-depth analysis of the sector and the individual company’s financial performance (solvency, profitability and liquidity), assess project cash flows, advise the management on project viability and prepare a loan application. The learnings from the project can be applied in job roles within the finance function of an organization or a finance advisory. After completion, the learners will be able to prepare project financing reports or business plans required by clients.
