Master of Forensic CyberSecurity course provides specialised knowledge and practical skills vital for the fast-growing field of cybersecurity.Develop specialised knowledge in network security, cyber forensics, and risk management, enabling them to detect threats, respond to incidents, and apply effective countermeasures in an evolving cyber landscape.

Completion of recognised Australian Equivalent (AQF) bachelor degree* with:

  • At least a Second Division grading for students from Section 1 & 2 Universities (noPass Division).
  • or
  • A First Division grading from Section 3 Universities.

Academic IELTS with an overall band score of 6.0, with no band less than 6.0 or equivalent.

Step 1: How to apply

  • Online Application: Complete the application form available on the Employability.life website.
  • Document Submission: Submit all required supporting documents, including transcripts, proof of English proficiency, and identification.
  • Application Review: The admissions team will review your application and supporting documents to verify eligibility.
  • Program Structure (Masters): Successful applicants will complete 2 units of their degree with Employability.life, followed by 14 Units (2 years) of study at Federation University Melbourne City Campus, Australia.

Step 3: Offer made

  1. Interview and Document Review : Candidates start with an interview and document review to ensure they meet the program qualifications.
  2. Enrollment and Initial Fee Payment : After approval, candidates pay an initial fee to Employability.life: $4,000 for the Bachelor's (one year in India) or $1,000 for the Master's (two units in India). After completing these units, they pay the remaining fees in Australia to continue.
  3. Offer for Federation University Degree Program : Once initial requirements are met, candidates receive an offer to join the Federation University Degree Program, leading to a fully accredited degree.

Step 4 : Acceptance and payment

Once you have provided all documentation and met all conditions, sign the acceptance of your offer letter and pay the required fees. We will then issue you with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Note: Payments to Federation must be made via Convera GlobalPay through your StudyLink application.

Step 5: Visa application with CoE

You will need your CoE to apply for your Australian student visa. More information on the visa application process is available at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au

Note: Make sure you plan in advance to get your visa in time.

Step 6: Arrival guidelines

  • Prepare to arrive: We will send you an International Student Support Guide to help you understand what to expect.
  • Flights : Make sure you arrive in time to attend the compulsory International Student Orientation Program that is held in the weeks before semester commences.
  • Accommodation : Check out the offers from FedLiving –on-campus accommodation in Melbourne.

Age: Maximum 30 years old

Acceptable Gap: 12 Months (More than this need to justified through documentation. E.g. – Work Exp)

Scholarship: 20% on Annual Tuition fees

Eligibility: 85% in Graduate Degree.

Marriage: Acceptable but it must be 2 years old. Spouse must be a Graduate.

Same Qualification Completed In India, will not be accepted.

Visa Refusal of Any type from Any Country will not be accepted.

Student must pay one year tuition fees to secure Confirmation of Enrollment.

This course provides you with real experience in your chosen profession, through our Co-operative Model.

You will undertake a minimum of 60 days (450 hours) paid placement in industry – contributing directly to course credits. Federation University will arrange the placements for you through our network of industry partners.

Flexible placements options are available which include full time over one semester, part time over an extended period or in blocks embedded into your subjects. Federation University Co-op ensures that you graduate with employability skills and industry experience.
