Industry Engagement Department with in Employability.life has played a significant role in building the echo-system in support of academic relationships. Both the teams have jointly worked on identifying the gap between Industry & Academia and then in co-ordination with Product Development & Delivery team has contributed into the Designing of the future of work, experiential learning programs for young learners.
The department’s role is to get engaged with overall Industry companies, bodies and individual experts. The engagement and further networking results in building networks of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Owners (Pos) and Project Managers (PMs). This also generates experiential learning used-cases and live-cases. The engaged experts do conduct webinar sessions for learners.

1. L&T STA:L&T’s Skill Trainers Academy (STA) located in Madh, Mumbai is a step in the direction of the need to have high calibre trainers who can successfully convert the youth into a highly skilled globally competitive workforce.
2. IBM SkillsBuild:IBM SkillsBuild programs are offered through EL platform. It provides free learning, support, and resources to foster STEM and new collar skills from secondary education to entry-level employment.
3. Association of Information Technology, Bengaluru:Association for Information Technology – Bengaluru, is a 26-year-old forum that represents over 450+ Life member Companies engaged in the businesses of IT Hardware – Distribution and Sub Distribution, IT Software & Applications, IT Retail, IT Systems Integrators, IT Networking and Infrastructure Providers & Software Resellers. The Association’s core strength is its MEMBERS from the above diverse portfolios. Founded in 1996, AIT today is one of the most successful Trade bodies in the country. We at AIT conduct workshops, Seminars, IT Trade expositions, promote Social & Cultural programs for its members apart from liaising with Government Departments on taxation issues.

At the global level, PHDCCI have been working with the Embassies and High Commissions in India and overseas to bring in the International Best Practices and Business Opportunities.
5. Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Bangalore:Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce, Bangalore (BCIC) the Apex Chamber of Commerce representing large and medium industries in the State of Karnataka. The Chamber represents 95% of the capital investment and 90% of labour employed in the State of Karnataka. The chamber have presently a membership of 850 companies representing various sectors of industry such as – Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Biotechnology, Engineering, Consultancy and Legal firms etc.
BCIC plays an active and important role in promoting trade and investment in the State and has an excellent domestic and international network with MoUs with the leading Chambers of Commerce across the globe. Being the apex Chamber of Commerce in Karnataka, BCIC organizes Seminars/Workshops and Interactions with Senior Government Officials both from the Centre/State on critical issues concerning trade and industry from time to time.
